1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • BLINDSIDE. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • For returns due to defective or incorrect items, customers must provide photo or video evidence to qualify for a return at BLINDSIDE.’s expense.


2. Exchange Policy

  • Only one exchange request per order is allowed.

  • Exchanges are limited to a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted through your BLINDSIDE. account.


3. Refund Options

Customers may choose one of the following refund methods:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • BLINDSIDE. voucher code


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after returned items are received at our warehouse and successfully pass quality inspection.

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.


5. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, BLINDSIDE. will cover the return shipping costs.


6. Refund as BLINDSIDE. Voucher

  • Refunds issued as BLINDSIDE. vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.

  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

  • Vouchers can only be redeemed on Blindside.ae using the same email address as the original order.
