1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

BLINDSIDE. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

For returns due to defective or incorrect items, customers must provide photo or video evidence to qualify for a return at BLINDSIDE.’s expense.
2. Exchange Policy

Only one exchange request per order is allowed.

Exchanges are limited to a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be submitted through your BLINDSIDE. account.

Refunds are initiated only after returned items are received at our warehouse and successfully pass quality inspection.

5. Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, BLINDSIDE. will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Refund as BLINDSIDE. Voucher

Refunds issued as BLINDSIDE. vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Vouchers can only be redeemed on Blindside.ae using the same email address as the original order.
